I had a pleasant stay at Grace Boutique House in Chiang Mai. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. While the location in the old city was very convenient for exploring, I did find the bed a bit hard, which took some getting used to.

I had a pleasant stay at Grace Boutique House. The location was ideal for exploring the old city, but the room needed some updates, especially the mattress. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and contributed positively to my experience.

Rooms

My room was clean but in need of renovation, and the mattress was very hard. After requesting a new one, they switched it out immediately, making it much more comfortable.

My stay at Grace Boutique House had its ups and downs. The location was amazing—close to all the major attractions in old town, which made it convenient for exploring. However, I found the room to be quite cramped with limited space for my belongings. The hard bed made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, and I did struggle to relax at times due to noise from outside.

Rooms
5.0
The room was too tiny for comfort, with no table or space to put things. The bed was quite hard, affecting my sleep.

Access to the bar and swimming pool at the neighboring hotel was a nice bonus, although the pool itself was small.

My stay at Grace Boutique House in Chiang Mai was truly good. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. However, I did find the room a bit on the small side, particularly the bathroom. Still, for the price and the overall vibe, I would highly recommend this place for budget travelers.

Rooms
7.5
The room was small, and the bathroom felt cramped, but I could have opted for a larger room for a bit more. Overall, it was clean and affordable.

My stay at Grace Boutique House had its ups and downs. The location is perfect, right by the main sights but tucked away from the noise. The staff were super helpful and friendly, but the bathroom could have been better, and the bed was way too hard for my liking.

Rooms
6.0
The room was quite small and basic. I found the mattress really uncomfortable since it was super hard and just 4cm thick. Plus, there were hardly any electrical sockets to charge my devices, and the musty smell from the bathroom wasn't pleasant at all.
Service
8.5
The staff were amazing! They helped me out with city maps and offered great suggestions on things to do. I appreciated them letting me check in early after my long bus ride.
Location
8.0
The location is a huge plus! It's right near Wat Phan On and just a short walk to Tha Pae Gate. You can easily explore the old town without much hassle.
Dining
5.0
There were no dining options at the hotel until 9 am, which was a bummer for someone like me who enjoys an early coffee. Also, no fridge in the room meant no cold drinks.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a nice pool at the hotel next door. However, the bathroom was too small and got soaked whenever I took a shower, which wasn't ideal.
